The old Tamiya PzKpfw IV Ausf D

Post by Swiftnbold »

Hi guys.
I've been having more fun and practice to straighten the learning curve on this old kit, for when I tackle what I consider, some big boy kits! It's largely OOB except for 3D printed tracks, a later crew and a 'representation' of the interior. I also added weld beads where they wouldn't be and the old type engine decks but it was to practice rather than replicate an accurate Panzer. Not quite finished yet, still a few snagging jobs and the crew (once I find a way to replicate skin tones) but I am quite pleased with the galzanised bucket as a first attempt....

I'm liking the progress so far. Pretty good for just a practice. 8-)
