Thanks Adam. I'd like to take better pics to do the finish justice but alas my skills with a camera are only so so. ;)

The turret looks superb :D

"" trying some new stuff this time""?

New products or new techniques?

Whatever it is, it looks great :D

Please tell

Thanks Steve. :) I'm trying a new technique. Sort of taking the mapping idea another step further but it is super time consuming so I'm not convinced it's worth pursuing yet. We'll see. ;)

Cheers,

Things are going good just so busy with work, school and family. Unfortunately, in that order.

What the others have said :D

I'm in really no position to nitpick anything here, but I had a thought concerning the smaller fittings like the spare track holders...wouldn't these, made from thin sheet metal, have burned hotter than the thick armour plates and therefore be more rusted? But on the other hand, the hull itself would be a huge heat sink....Any Physics PhDs here? :?

First round of oils done on the hull. Still a lot more to do. :)

For a change of pace I thought I'd do the wheels. :) Not really much of a change I guess given I 've rusted them too

Wheels finished, thank goodness. :) Now I can get a move on. I'm thinking I should start the base as well so I can attach the Panther to it before doing the finishing work. I'm tired of knocking off the small PE bits
