I’m a bit late to the discussion Olivier, how did you do the anti slip texture? Planning on a Merkava for my next build and was planning on using the VMS two part set.
I'm a serial kit starter....

Adam,
I ground sand (with a hammer) and applied it over areas dampened with matt varnish. That way you don't have to worry about masking as you apply the varnish with a brush. Of course you need to work on small areas one after the other.

Thank you Bryan.
As the base color was wrong I painted the entire vehicle with a correct reference from Ammo Mig (Real Sinai Grey). I painted the markings too. The registration plates have been applied onto thin plastic card. When they are dry I'll glue them to the vehicle. The antenna is not glued yet.

This build is over. I've applied a coat of dust to give the vehicle an operational look.
