Primed and base coated.

I did try preshading it but it seems mostly to have vanished under the green

Vlad,

the speed was one reason why I picked it.

Calling this finished, sorry for the blurry pictures, my cameras battery was dead, I'll get some decent ones later when it's charged.

A quick summing up a la Rob.

Trumpeters 9P148 Konkurs: Simple, well thought out kit. Nice addition compared to the BRDM 2 kit is the decals for the dash.

PaintAmmo of Mig Green Khaki. This has settled really badly in the bottle and it's one without a ball bearing. Once I'd added a ball bearing and spent quite a time shaking it no problems.

WeatheringAKs Wash for Nato vehicles, AKs Streaking grime and from Lifecolor Liquid Pigment set Road dust for the rainmarks. The Lifecolor took some getting used to as it handles differently to enamel based weathering products but it is easier to adjust the results.

I looked for a suitable figure but couldn't really find anything that I thought would work. I may put this on a base at a later date but it's only two weeks until our clubs show so I'm trying to wrap a few things up.

Nice finish Chris!
What are some marks on the left front tire? It looks like the rubber is flaking.
