What are those marks on the left front tire? It looks like the rubber is flaking.

When I put the tyre back on some of the paint flaked off. I ordered some resin wheels from Def months ago so when they eventually turn up I'll swap them over.

Were they on back order. There is no reason once orders are placed the items should come in at least 3 weeks. No matter where you live.
