I don’t think I’ll wreck or rust her too much. I’m going to try a heavily weathered version, well used but well maintained. So far I’ve primed with Alclad black micro filler/primer. I haven’t used this in a while but have been impressed.

I haven’t posted on this in a while, but mixed up a blue-grey colour using Mr.Color paints. I “modulated” this a bit, painted the details and then started work with the oils. Still a ways to go but happy with progress so far

Don't go easy on the oil and grime, those old engines are nasty
From time to time some of those drive around town, you can feel them before you can hear them...

I love it, now you only need a small base with a T-80 being towed

Fun fact: Lanz was acquired by John Deere in 1956. So in a sense the descendants of this beast are hauling T-80s in Ukraine
