If you are portraying a burnt out vehicle, remember that the suspension system will certainly collapse as a result of the intense heat. Along with the tracks being burnt through, that will result in loose tracks as opposed to the live type you would normally see on a Sherman.

Thanks Gary. I can add a few extra links to simulate some sag though it might be a bit late to create the collapsed suspension.
While it's the fault of "Company of Heroes" with BK mod that I tend to react positively to burnt out M4s ( ), your M4A1 would have been a stunning build even without this added bonus from my perverted subconscious .
Those tracks look great, I agree with you and Gary, a couple extra links will really help with the slack look. This is going to be really nice when you start rusting it.

Thanks Greg. They are easy to put together too. I added some extra links last night and they do improve the overall effect I'm going for. I'm planning on some paint action this weekend.
